Place just opened after Memorial Day and sure glad it did.
Here's what I ordered:
Potstickers (pork) - Delicious and extremely large and filling. Homemade at the restaurant.
Kung Pao Chicken - Chicken was tender white meat, had just the right amount of spicy kick.
Orange Chicken - The peak of comfort Chinese food, this is a must for those days healthy eating isn't an option.
Combo fried rice - perfection as an add-on to all the above.
The lady working there also threw in some crab cheese puffs with our to-go order and they are a must next time I order.
Overall, great portions and amazing food taste makes this place a classic go-to Chinese restaurant for those days you are feeling Chinese. -

It pains me to write this but I feel I must report that Bamboo's standards may be slipping a bit. Last time I visited, I had a very sub par experience and I'm truly hoping it will not become their new norm.
To begin with, I was not offered anything to drink and had to request a water... Their service has never been the greatest but that is a huge oversight.
When it arrived, my crispy Sichuan eggplant was not at all like its usual delicious self. It tasted as if it had been drenched in vinegar, so much so that it made my mouth pucker. That sauce is usually so good I am tempted to lick my plate, so naturally I was disappointed. It wasn't as crispy as usual either. In retrospect, I definitely should have sent it back but the servers already did not seem pleased that I was there so near to closing time and it probably would have been more trouble than it was worth. The portions have also shrunk significantly. Their lunch special used to fill me up and then some- this time I left hungry. I really am hoping against hope that this was a one time thing, that the chef was just having an off day or something.
Also, the restaurant was FREEZING cold, not at all a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to eat in.
I am not writing this to be a whiny jerk, Bamboo. I've always loved your food and I'm hoping you'll be around for years to come, and to that end, I'm just pointing out some things you might want to work on. -

This is for the 0riginal Bamboo restaurant in the strip mall, that was like a hole in the wall. This is where sukhothai is now. We ate there for years & had good food, & always sat up front, in the cubbyhole. The very last time we were there however, the food was way too salty, & they asked me how it was & I told them, so they replaced it for me. But shortly thereafter, they closed. The new place is nothing like the old one.

We got our order to go. Polite phone communication as I ordered. Our order was correct. Walnut prawns is my go to dish. I was not disappointed.

I've found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant! I came in with my family for dinner the other night. It was pretty crowded and their togo orders were piled up. The service was great and the food was so worth it!! I ordered their Homemade Pork Potstickers probably the best pot stickers I've ever had. The Chow Fun and Walnut Prawns were also amazing! Everything was fresh delicious and flavorful! We will definitely be coming back!
